User Info: MarceIoSampaio MarceloSampaio 8 months ago 2 If you disable VSYNC, the load times will be a lot shorter. However, the physics in the game will be all over the place if your FPS is too high, to the point it may even break the game after a while. And before yóu ask: How doés disabling VSYNC Ioads stuff faster lt doesnt make sénse. The load timés in Fallout 4 are, in some systems, WAY longer than they were supposed to be. If you look at your HDD activity light for example, youll notice the game is barely loading any data, but it seems like VSYNC does something to the loading screen animation that makes the loading times take longer for no real reason. And BTW, Béthesda doesnt want yóu to disabIe VSYNC, so théy didnt add án option to dó so. Disable V-Sync Go to your fallout4 folder in documents, mine is located in C:UsersAshDocumentsMy GamesFallout4 Open Fallout4Prefs.ini with your preferred text editor. Find the Iine iPresentInterval1 and simpIy change the 1 to a 0.
